Sacred Symbols: Intuitive Painting
This is a chance to gather with other women who are just like you - searching for more, needing a break, or wanting good conversation and a fun night out. Intuitive painting is about the process, not the product. This painting practice provides a chance to learn about sacred symbols and feel into which symbols can help support your hopes and dreams. We’ll be painting on stretched canvas with acrylic paints. This workshop is designed for adults, no art experience needed
Painting Layers with Energy and Intention
In this workshop you’ll become your own guide while exploring the power of having a conversation at the canvas. Our space is stress free and non-judgmental. We’ll provide everything you need to experiment and play.
We’ll be painting in layers, each one building more energy on the canvas. As we paint, we’ll tune into our inner critic and inner witness -learning which one can derail our dreams, how to shift our beliefs, and how to embrace curiosity. The canvas has so much to teach us.
We’ll use acrylic paints, stencils, and mark-making tools on a stretched canvas. Come with an open mind, and let’s have fun!.
Curious about the Process?
Try this series of short guided videos to explore painting as a way to ease stress, honor your emotions, and find calm. These videos are intentionally short averaging 2-3 minutes. You can grab a canvas and some acrylic paint and follow along or simply watch them to get an idea of how the process works. The videos were originally created as a way to deal with stress during the December holidays. You can follow this same process at any time.

Shamrocks - Hope, Faith, Love, and Luck
Growing up in a multigenerational home, we were wrapped in the warmth of our Irish grandmother’s love. Whether she was watching soap operas or brewing a pot of tea, she was always there with a smile and a bit of wisdom to share. She filled our days with stories, traditions, and a deep love for all things lucky and green. St. Patrick's Day meant rainbows, Shamrock Shakes, and homemade Irish soda bread.
As the years passed, I found myself drawn to symbols like the shamrock - reminders of what endures: hope, faith, love, and the unseen threads that connect us. The shamrock holds a special place in my heart as a reminder to believe in the magic that we can't always see.
