All you need to get started is a canvas (even a used one works), acrylic paint, water, a palette, and paper towels or a rag. Make it easy and use what you have. The videos are intentionally short and created so you can watch them when anytime. Each one is a layer in the painting and the painting is all about discovery and allowing yourself time to play. You can always add more or paint less layers.

If this is new to you playing at a canvas may sound completely ridiculous - you have nothing to lose. Give it a try and pay attention to how you feel.
